Scope of Work
The assignment was completed as a Commercial Building Inspection using CCPIA ComSOP-based inspection practices. The scope included a visual review of readily accessible building and site components, including major exterior, structural, roofing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, interior, and life-safety elements.
The inspection was non-destructive and limited to conditions that could be observed safely at the time of the visit. Where access, visibility, operation, or available information limited the inspection, those limitations were documented for the client.
No Opinion of Cost, capital reserve forecast, accessibility report, or Phase I Environmental Site Assessment was verified as part of this project’s scope.
