Why Work With Us
Even Elite Inspectors Want Reassurance
Focus Building Inspections partners with experienced inspectors who take pride in professional field work and thorough building observations. Many inspectors appreciate the opportunity to participate in meaningful commercial inspection projects while focusing primarily on the field work itself.
Inspectors who work with Focus Building Inspections benefit from a professional and organized inspection process designed to support high-quality work in the field.
Professional Project Management
Inspection assignments are clearly defined and coordinated through our internal team. Inspectors receive detailed project information, clear expectations, and support throughout the inspection process.
Field Work Without Reporting Burden
Our inspectors focus primarily on site visits, building observations, and data collection. Focus Building Inspections handles the reporting, analysis, and client deliverables internally, allowing inspectors to concentrate on performing careful and thorough inspections.
Diverse Commercial Building Projects
Inspectors in our network may participate in inspections involving a wide variety of commercial building types, providing exposure to a broad range of building systems and inspection scenarios.
Professional Standards and Clear Expectations
Focus Building Inspections maintains high standards for professionalism, documentation, and communication. Inspectors who work successfully with our team appreciate the clarity and structure of our inspection process.
Opportunities in Multiple Markets
While our primary service area includes Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, and Missouri, we frequently support clients with projects in other states. Inspectors located outside our core region may also have opportunities to assist with projects in their local markets as our network expands.
Our Goal
Our goal is to build a trusted network of experienced commercial field inspectors who demonstrate professionalism, technical competence, and a commitment to consistently excellent inspection work in the markets they serve.
Experienced. Inspectors who understand commercial buildings and due diligence.
Professional. Inspectors who represent our clients and our brand with integrity.
Consistently Excellent. Inspectors who perform careful, dependable field work every time.
The Role
Focus Building Inspections is expanding our network of independent commercial inspectors to support projects across Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, and Missouri.
If you are located outside our current service region and would like to be considered for projects in your area, we encourage you to apply. Many of our clients own or acquire properties across multiple states, and inspection opportunities occasionally arise outside of our primary service area. When we have trusted and qualified inspectors in place, we are able to support projects well beyond our current regional footprint.
We are seeking experienced professionals who can perform on-site commercial building inspections and data collection as part of our commercial service offerings.

Contractor onboarding
Applicants are notified at every step regarding their application status.
For Companies & Multi-Inspector Teams
Some applicants operate established inspection companies with multiple inspectors on their team. We welcome applications from qualified firms; however, the structure of our contractor relationships requires that each individual inspector performing field work for Focus Building Inspections be approved through our vetting process.
If your company employs or works with multiple inspectors, the following guidelines apply:
The contracting entity may be your company, but each field inspector must be individually reviewed and approved by Focus Building Inspections.
Each inspector performing field work must meet our experience and qualification standards, including knowledge of ASTM-based Property Condition Assessments.
Each inspector must complete our application and onboarding process.
Focus Building Inspections must know exactly who will be present on site for each assignment.
To maintain consistent quality and protect our clients, approved inspectors may not delegate or subcontract assigned work to other individuals who have not been approved by our team.
Companies that already maintain experienced commercial inspection teams may find this partnership beneficial, particularly if they are interested in contributing to commercial due diligence projects in their region.
