How does the proposal process work?
When you submit the request form, it goes directly to our admin team.
We will contact you via email within 24 hours with a proposal based on the details you provide us. We will reach out by phone or email if we need additional input.
Be as detailed as possible when completing the form. We use the details you provide to construct the inspection proposal.

Please note that the form is NOT a live representation of our inspection calendar; therefore, the inspection is scheduled once our admin team confirms it.
Once the proposal is accepted, we will initiate the scheduling process by offering dates and times; after you accept a timeslot, we will add you to our calendar.
The calendar will trigger a text and email letting you know there are time-sensitive tasks to complete on your inspection portal.
You must sign all inspection agreements and pay for the inspection in full within 24 hours of receiving the text and email alert.
